Welcome to CampusUnite! By registering an account, taking our quiz competitions, applying to our ambassador programs, or using any developer resources hosted on this hub, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
CampusUnite is designed for student education, coding projects, and skill development. You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international regulations.
- Submit false information during signup (such as invalid names, roll numbers, or university names).
- Bypass, disable, or tamper with security checks, rate limits, or anti-cheat tracking scripts during online quiz contests.
- Distribute harmful payloads, malware, spam, or plagiarized educational content.
2. User Account Responsibilities
When creating a student developer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are fully accountable for all activities, submissions, and code compilations associated with your profile.
3. Quiz Integrity and Anti-Cheat Rules
CampusUnite takes academic and competitive integrity seriously. Our quiz sessions track focus loss (tab switches) and completion times. Abusing the system through multiple accounts, writing automation scripts, using external assistance, or exploiting database endpoints will result in immediate disqualification and deletion of all certification history.
4. Suspension and Account Termination
We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, disable, or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, cheat in quizzes, engage in harassment of other community members, or compromise platform operations. Disqualified users will forfeit all skill credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, visual interfaces, website designs, slides, coding materials, logos, and verification systems are protected by intellectual property rules. You may use them for personal learning purposes. Redistribution, republication, or commercial exploitation of any material on this hub without express consent is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Changes and Outages
CampusUnite services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or permanently sunset features (such as quizzes, dashboards, or AI guide models) at any time. We are not liable for database connection outages, network issues, or loss of progress during live events.
